On February 15, 2011, Richie Akiva initiated the Mary Akiva Scholarship Fund in memory of his grandmother, Mary Akiva, at a dinner at 1 Oak.

The funds are used to help the disadvantaged children at our school have the opportunity to learn, succeed and dream.

$1,800- Chai Sponsor
Enable a child to participate in After School Programs.

Help a child advance in his studies utilizing modern technology.

$500- Summer Camp
Provide a child who would otherwise be left to roam the city streets during summer break with four weeks of bliss at camp.

$400- Breakfast and Lunch For One Year
Help feed a child nutritious, well-balanced meals.

$250- Lunch For One Child For A Year
Help feed a child nutritious, well-balanced lunches.

$180 Breakfast For One Child For A Year
Provide a child with a nourishing start to his/her day.

Help a child achieve success through exciting extra-curricular activities like crafts, music or tutoring.
